i have played lineage for my friend in many cases and i have seen few people like you around, i thik that online games need more people like you, too many pros that think that they are too cool for school. I just wanna say, i admire and look up to people like you, so keep being a good guy, future noobs may need you in times of peril...
I own the game and I've read just about every Lineage2 site in their entirety but I've yet to play the game. (exp. I'm trying to finish building my house) But however, when I get the privaledge of playing, you're the type of person I'll be looking for to play with. My favorite gaming buddies from Everquest were all around your age with the same outlook and it was a very enjoyable experience.
