I have a question about the transfer to gladiator and the transfer to duelist. will the skills that you can upgrade on still be avaible when you do the transfer but didnt get all of them???

yes once you can learn a skill you can always learn it.
(IE. you can get to duelist then get powershot up to lvl 9 for kicks lol)
Also you dont forget skills after your transfer. So u can still use your power strike as a lvl 80
