Hello,
First let me state Im a noob to the world of L2 but I instantly loved it as soon as I started playing. HEre is my problem. I get onto L2 and login. I select which character I want to play with. This all works fine but when I am finished loading that character in the world. My camera wont stop spinning to the right. It is constantly going in circles around me. Not only am I dizzy but furious because I have done so many things to try to fix this. I have tried middlemouse button, arrow keys, unchecking autocode, restarting game, restarting comp, updating game, uninstalling and reinstalling game. I am posting this as a last resort because I'm about to give up on L2 if I cant get this problem fixed. Please help me.

Hi graw, welcome to GameAmp.
I can understand you are getting a bit frustrated over there. It never happened to me, but I did a bit of digging and found out you are not the only one that this has happened to. Here are some idea/solutions:
| QUOTE | | I find that If that happens, I sharply tap the left and right arrow buttons. It sorts it out. I hope that helps. |
| QUOTE | | I had that, I just reinstalled and it was ok. |
| QUOTE | It happens if you have a joystick or other controller type hooked up to your computer. That's the usual cause. Remove it.
Go to your settings and on far right tab unselect game pad checkbox. |
I hope this will sort you out.

I've had this same problem myself once. I figured it was just a stuck key in the software somewhere, so I just ran my hand over my keyboard a few times and it stopped. It sounds like Phedre's got the right info there. Maybe I'll try tapping the arrowkeys only next time, and I do have a gamepad plugged in to a USB slot too, so maybe I should just unplug it also.
I think what happens is that sometimes the game sees you press the key to turn that certain direction, then it kinda "forgets" to see that you aren't pressing it anymore, hence the constant turning. By pressing the key that make you turn that same direction a few times, you are telling the game "Hey! I'm not pressing it anymore, stop turning!" and it get's the picture.
I would report it as a bug, but since other's have had the same issue, I image NC Soft already has it on their to do list.

Omg, thank you so much Phedre D and blackphoenix. I read yalls posts and realized my little brother had plugged in a joystick to the back of my comp and had not unplugged it. Plus I didnt see the joystick so it never crossed my mind but reading that made me look for it. Everything is working fine now thanks alot. You saved me from not playing L2 anymore. You are gods lol. Definately coming here for anything L2 from now on. Thanks again.
