Start the quest by talking to Trader Alexis in Aden. She will send you to Maid Leikar in Weapons and Armor Shop in Aden.
Next you’ll have to go and speak with Chef Jeremy at the Hot Springs area. Jeremy will send you to Information Broker Mist. Return to Jeremy and tell him that Mist was happy and received the cookies.
Go back to Leikar in Aden. There are four additional quests she gives you. In Search of Cloth, Let’s Find Glittering Jewelry! , Make a Sewing Kit, and Make a Pair of Dress Shoes. Leikar asks you for the items from
So here are all the items you’ll need for the quest

Now let’s start the first sub quest:
In Search of Cloth
Go and speak with Trader Radia in Giran Armor Shop. She sends you to Varan in Grocery Store in Gludio. Varan explains he does not have what she needs. Go back to Radia in Giran.
Now Radia sends you to a new supplier, Ralford at the Ivory Tower. Ralford sends you to hunt Trisalim spiders (lvl 45) for 10 spinerettes.
When you have 10 quest items return to Ralford in the Ivory Tower.
Now you must go back to Radia in Giran with 3,000 suede and 5,000 threads. Give her the items and you will receive the cloth.
Let’s Find Glittering Jewelry!
To start the quest go and talk to Jeweler Ellie in Giran Jewelry Shop.
She will ask you to get ore from Warf Manager Felton at Giran Harbor.
Felton asks you to hunt Alligators on Alligator Beach and Alligator Island in order to get 10 ores. When you have the 10 ores return to Ellie in Giran.
She needs 5 Oriharukons, 500 Silver Nuggets and 150 Thons. Give her the mats and receive Jewel Box for Maid Leikar.
Make a Sewing Kit
Talk with Head Blacksmith Ferris in Aden Castle Town inside the Blacksmith Shop. He needs 5 ore and asks you to hunt Enchanted Iron Golems at Ivory Tower.
When you get 5 ore go back to Ferris
Now he needs 10 oriharukons and 10 artisan frames. Give him the materials and he gives you the Sewing Kit.
Make a Pair of Dress Shoes
Go in Aden Castle Town and talk with Trader Woodley at the Weapons and Armor Shop.
Go to Maid Leikar and ask her for material for the shoes. She sends you back to Trader Woodley.
Trader Woodley asks for 200 leather and 600 threads. When you have the mats speak with him again and he will request additional 200,000 adena.
Go to Trader Ian in Ivory Tower and give him 300,000 Adena.
Return to Trader Woodley in Aden Castle Town. He gives you the Dress Shoe Box.
When you finish the quests go to Maid Leikar and she will give you your Formal Wear!
