Just follow these steps and you shouldn't have any problems...
Step One:
Go to gludio and go to the Dark Elf guild and talk to master virgil. He will tell you to collect 13 lycanthrope skulls from the neutral zone for the skull ceremony.
Step Two: Head north out of gludio along the road. When you enter the canyon, as you leave it, make an immediate left. You will find lycanthrope off the road to the left. The Ratman are not aggro and won't attack you, but the Arachnid Trackers are, so watch out for them. Lycanthrope are mixed in with these mobs. Only collect 13.
Step Three:
Once you have collected the skulls, head back to gludio. He will then tell you to head to Gludin, to the Dark elf guild there, and talk to Abyssal Celebrant Kalinta. She will tell you to collect a caraspace from a giant poison spider and 5 trimden spider silk threads to make your coffin.
Step Four:
Head out of gludin to the south, along the coast. Poison spiders are located to the left, off the road. These spiders will drop the carapace.
Also, if you head off the road rather quickly ( a little ways down from town, roughly when you see the first poison spider) you will see a spawn that continually spawns 2 arachnid trackers. These drop the thread that you need. This was the only close place to gludin I could find that had arachnid trackers, so once you kill both of them, just wait for it to respawn.
Step Five:
Take the materials back to Kalinta, she will make you coffin and have you write your name inside. She will then tell you to take the coffin back to Master Virgil in Gludio.
Step Six:
After you give the coffin to Master Virgil he will give you "the gaze of the abyss". You need to give this to the man standing to the right, in the corner of that guild. (Master Virgil will point him out). This will complete the class transfer. You only have to be 19 to complete the quest but it will not allow you to transfer until you are level 20.
