A new reign begins on the GW Amp site today. A new herald of the Site Manager title has been chosen and his name is Wyat_Hawke.
For those unaware, outstanding staffer/member Kanna recently stepped down as Site Manager for the site. In his departure, a new SM was sought to fill in the void. Kanna will be missed as staffer but I am pretty sure he isn't completely leaving the site. I would like to be one of the first to thank him for his time and effort he placed into the site on a daily basis. Also please give congratulations to Wyat in his new position for the site.
With Wyat taking over as SM, we are considering opening up to take on new staffers. Stay tuned for news on seeking out site assistance. If anyone has any questions feel free to contact Wyat or myself.

Gkar... don't forget that Wyat can surround himself with other staff that can balance things out. I think Wyat is going to do an excellent job and I'm sure he'll keep an open mind on every decision that needs to be made. After all, the job of an SM is to manage the site, which means managing the staff that help keep the site going...

as for who I think would have been better ... dunno but until proven otherwise I fear this choice may not be the best
If Wyat was a PvE'r then I would expect no comments on his site manager credentials. Sure he will have to leave his PvP bias at the door, but a PvE'r SM would have to do the same.
A very big congratulations to you Wyat I have full confidence that you will do a good job.

Wyat is more PVP oriented and bias in PVE
so in other words close minded to other avenue of doing things
but maybe this just me ,,, so in any regards I fear this is going downhill,,, but then again it is just me

Wyat is not more pvp orientated than pve he plays both but if I have to say he plays pve more than pvp and imo this comment was uncalled for jarm as I said I for one have full confidence in Wyat
